Breakfast is so important. If I do nothing else, I have a piece of fruit and a cup of cereal.

I love oatmeal, but when the weather is hot, it is not my favorite meal!!

I refuse to let myself down.

Failure is not an option.

My suggestion, would be to make time in the morning, just add 5-10 minutes. I usually eat a plain instant oatmeal packet (helps me with portion control bc i love oatmeal), add cinnamon, and splenda and raisins. Then I'm good.,

Cooking egg whites, cutting some tomato, throwing it into a spinach wrap isn't too time consuming but a great and protein filled breakfast.

Also chopped up fruit salad in a cup is good, or mix in a blender with yougurt, and Smoothie City, here you come.

Nic - I don't know about drinks too much. Sometimes, I'll substitute an Ensure or Special K Protein water if I'm in a rush around lunchtime but that only holds me over for about 2 hours. You can try that or I make a big batch of steel cut oats and mix in raisins, cranberries and honey before separating it into single serve storage containers. That way I have breakfast for the week already prepared and it only takes two minutes to heat up if frozen and a minute if just refrigerated. My mom likes the Kashi GoLean cereal with soy milk because it's quick and she normally adds a cut up banana to it. Other than that, I would see if there is a food delivery service in your area that is able to deliver already prepared breakfast foods (if that's all that has you stumped) and use them. Hope that helps some.

Morning ladies ,

I have a quick question is there an alternative breakfast option. I'm struggling to find time to have a proper breakfast as I tend to move quite quickly in the morning so don't always have time to sit down.

Does anyone know of any products like milkshakes or protein shakes which are good for your breakfast?

I'm thinking of going to town on Saturday to look for the shakes but wanted an idea of what products are low in calories/fat and won't hamper my weight loss.

Thanks

Nic
