Wednesday: Reduced portions at lunch. instead of eating two slices of whole wheat bread I used only one. and used half a slice of cheese.

Thursday: Chicken for dinner instead of beef

Everyday this week I increased my water and only had soda at dinner. Lunch drink was water.
