Glad to hear it's better and hope you're up for exercising tomorrow. Just do what you can so you get rid of it!

Does anyone know where to go to do the exercises....Pick one of these 20 workouts to try this week earn 1 pt per calorie burned...follow the direction on each slide. For example: If you choose PLAYTIME then do it for 50 mins/then track it to get the calories burned and that's your points.

I was hoping to do it today since it's hard during the work week. Not sure what to do though and now I'll have to wait!!!

Just a quick hi! I'm very busy right now trying to clean up the garden and get my containers done. Weather hasn't cooperated with me! Hope everyone is doing ok and having a great weekend.

Good morning ladies .. I have a couple of dvd's I do when it is bad weather ... for me the walks outside are like meditation helps clear my head lol ... the weather cleared up and i got back to walking but thank you for the suggestions. Has any one tried the yoga yet, I did and well tried is a good way of putting it. Hope everyone is having a great day !!!

Have you seen any of the Leslie Sansone indoor walking DVDs? They are great! I don't battle rain but heat, that keeps me from walking outside.
Hope you find some and they help with your situation. I hear there is an on line site too, but I haven't ever searched.

lol The quiz says anything answered 4 or 5 is a good answer. If it is a 3 or less there is room to improve. I interpret that as 4 or 5 is a "correct" answer and 3 or less is "incorrect".
Nothing official here just an idea. :)

On part two of the challenge Nutrition are we counting 1 point for fruits and veggies or is it just fruits? I didnt understand the quiz one either ... I am glad i am not the only one here that didnt ... have a wonderful day !!!

Does anyone know how to track the quiz. From what I understood about the quiz there are no right or wrong answers as it is an assessment of your individual stress level. Did I stumble on to the wrong Quiz or did I miss something?

Hey team ... My name is Darlene and I think this is a great team to be on ... Self Discipline is the toughest thing to learn through a weight loss program ... So yea I like the name of the team a lot. My program combines walking 2 miles daily and 3 x weekly strength training although I try to keep moving all the time. I have set a goal to be at 290 by the end of June that is 14 lbs in a month. I hope all of you have a wonderful day.
