I want to weigh 160-165 pounds by November 2013. I want to feel comfortable in my own skin. i want to check myself out when I see my reflection in a shop window -- not cringe and go the other way! I want to wear a cute sweater dress and boots next winter. I have some other personal additions to my vision statement that I won't include here.

MY VISION STATEMENT:
Five years from now I want to consider myself an active person every day. When I joined Spark in September 2011, I was a sedentary person. I'm improving; I consider myself active on a weekly basis. I lump a lot of activity together during the week and completely veg out on the weekends and during vacations. Right now I'm exercising because I feel that I have to in order to meet my weight loss goals. My mind set, my attitude needs to change, not only about my body image but about exercise as well. My ideal day would be a day where exercise was a habit, something I naturally made time for because I know it will improve my day. 30 Minutes every day will not only improve my body but my mind!

MY VISION STATEMENT:
My Vision is all wrapped up in my user name. Not that the casual observer
would know this but the reason I picked my user name is to remind me of my
Vision each time I read or type my user name!
I was caregiver for my parents until the Lord Jesus called them home just
5 weeks apart. They both died of cancer. Dad had been sickly for many
years before that with heart disease and type 2 diabetes. He didn't really
enjoy his later years because of his health.
I am very much like my Dad in body type and eating habits! My vision was
to change that in myself. I want to eat better and less, to exercise and
in general live a healthier life ... to enjoy life with my DH and DC and
hopefully one day, DGC!
So here's to you Dear Dad! I am going to work hard and be as healthy as I
can be. It will make me and those around me much happier and I think it
would make you smile too that I have learned from your mistakes and am not
repeating them!!

MY VISION STATEMENT:
I want to be healthy! I want to be around for my kids and grandkids. I want to be able to run and play with my children and grandchildren. I want to be eating healthy, making healthy eating choices daily. I want to be exercising daily. I want self-confidence again and I want to feel sexy. I want to be able to hike a mountain without thinking I am going to die! I want to be able to sit in a chair and not be thinking...will my body even fit in that?

In 6 months I want to be under 200...making healthy choices...living an active life. I don't want to be using weight loss supplements to help me lose weight. I want to be healthy enough so we can conceive again. In a year, I want to remain being active. I want to remain active throughout pregnancy. I want to be able to shed that baby weight fast and working towards my final wl goal of 150. In 5 years, I want to be maintaining my WL goal. I want to be playing basketball or whatever with my kids. I want to be consistently running 3 miles a day and participating in any 5K I can!
