1. CARDIO! For your fitness this week, I want you to make a pledge to yourself to do 30 minutes of activity 4 times this week! You can do strength or cardio, whatever you like as long as your body is moving! You must do it 4 times this week to get the points!
Tuesday - 60 min. cardio and strength
Wednesday - 58 min. cardio and strength
Thursday - 60 min. cardio and strength
Friday - 65 min. cardio
Monday - 63 min. cardio and strength
