I'm confused did week 4 of the Challenge end on the 28th (says April 22-28 on the top of our Week 4 challenge) or does it go through the 30th???

I thought there was something written up on it but not finding it now. I've got to go plug in other stuff before going to bed. Ready to doze off right now!!!

Had a pretty good Thursday. Went a litttle on the dark side :-) with a half sandwich with melted cheese & steak and toasted fresh bread and a couple "fries" which were actually sliced potatoes fried and baked - only had 2 of those!!!
Got my veggies in later since I didn't want a salad there, plus the freggies I had during the day.

Not an easy day but managed to okay another day! WooHoo!!! I unfortunately woke up in the wee hours and couldn't get back to sleep. Should have gotten up and had some herbal tea since I tossed and turned forever. Also felt hungry!!! Drank water!!

Even just the two of us, Anna! I don't know why...don't want to jinx it...but I've continued to do fine this week! Again yesterday within my calorie allowance, AND I went to the pool for 30 min. I hate blow my own horn...but...LOL

And Congrats! to you, my friend! You keep it up, and I'll keep it up! a Pact, right!

Dare I imagine that I'll finish off the week in the same style...??? Well, yes, I'm going to imagine it...and plan it...vision it, as they say...we'll see.

Had a good day yesterday. Plan to stay on track today and keep on the low side of my calorie/pts range. I turned down a cookie yesterday and was careful of what I ate last night. Have to keep the streak going! Go Carol!!

I had a high end of my calorie range day yesterday so have to cut it down a bit to lower end the rest of the week.

DH knows how much I like the chocolate covered maple filled easter eggs (Russel Stover) so he bought me a couple. Waiting for the right time to have one!

Well, Easter Day is over...tho not the season...LOL No more jelly beans!

It's the last week of the month...and I'm determined to end on a high note...meaning meeting all my goals! emoticon Last week I did pretty well, meeting all my personal goals (6 of 6) so I'm off to a very enthusiastic start. Oh, and I did VERY good yesterday and stayed within my calorie allowance.

Hi Decemberfire! I don't know what I'd do if my computer went down! We at least have a laptop and desktop so most of the time I can somehow get on, unless the cable place is down!!! That's happened too! It really is frustrating but ya just do what you can.

Howdy! I'm still trying to wake up. That's what I get for getting over 8 hrs sleep!!!

I managed to give out reusable bags yesterday and ended up getting others giving them out too!!! Been turning off the light my husband keeps leaving on all the time :-)

Have to see what I have to work on today. Not exactly sure where the amount of calories burned is but it must be in nutrition or fitness. Better go find out what I need to do today.

Hi! I plan on stopping in to Huddle this week. Hope to see the whole group here!

Had a pretty good day. We got outside early before the rain came and walked a couple miles. Then I finished off with a 3 mile Leslie dvd to get my steps in for the week. Been doing some strength exercises too.

I don't know if I'll be as persistent and get as many points as last week but will do what I can.

Had a pretty good day. Need to input nutrition and fitness and a couple other things and watch a show we recorded. Went for a nice walk after lunch. Not very warm out (low 40s) but still okay when walking over 1/2 hr.

Hi!
I am trying really hard to stick with my nutrition plan today. For some reason I was really hungry around 10 am today - course when you eat at 6 am it's hard to make it till Noon! But even after I had a yogurt I was still hungry. Had some Lacey Crisp things I got from Dr. Tabor site so I had some of those - wanted to save them for this afternoon! I had my carrots already. Maybe it's just a stressful day and I need to relax!

I do enjoy the challenges too. Keep me going at it too! Isn't it the truth when you do great at exercise you end up doing the opposite with food or vice versa. I need to stay focused and one day at a time! I doubt if I'll get over my usual amount of miles/steps today. Will do a tape tonight to get the rest of my miles in (always work toward 5 and then hope to get more!!

I love the Challenges! They keep me interrested. I'm a "list" kind of gal, I guess (LOL).

I lost 1 1/2 last week...but I'm so up and down lately that I'm not paying any attention until the end of the month. I DID do very well with my exercise yesterday...but went over my calorie allowance again. No way to keep up the weight loss! (LOL) I have to laugh...or I'd cry.

Will be going out later this morning for our weekend shopping run. Going to set up my plan for the week. Gained a lb instead of losing this week so need to go a little less with calories and make sure I follow my plan. It takes me forever to lose. Going with 1200-1300 calories. No more.

How's everyone doing on the challenge for the week? This one has a bit more to it.

Oh my Gosh, SNOW! we're supposed to get colder weather, too...but in Florida, how cold can it get? Hope it's a light snow. I want Spring!

Today is Thursday...Terrific Thursday for all of us, I hope. Keep up the Good Work 'til the end of the week...and Keep on Sparking.

I kind of flubbed out yesterday...stopped Tracking after Lunch and didn't exercise. I was reading a good book and that took over my day...I know, not a very good reason/excuse. I'm back on track today...I hope (LOL). I haven't finished the book yet, but am determined to Track and Step and be strong and healthy/balanced.

Hi again! It is cold and windy here today but the sun came out so it's not Quite as bad.

I'm hoping to stay in my (lower) calorie range today. I did pretty good yesterday. Today I'm going to need will power with cookies available later today!!! Say no, say no!!! Got in plenty of steps yesterday and did cardio and strength. Tired today!!!

I stayed within my calorie allowance yesterday... and did Strength Training...but NO cardio. It's 2 steps forward, 1 step back! Maybe today I'll be perfect!? I just have one thing I have to do this afternoon...visit a lady from my Church who doesn't get out anymore. So I have time for all the exercising!

Just a quick Hi! Hope the other butterflies will stop in too!!!
It was a gorgeous day yesterday here. I think it got up to 64 which is warm for here! The rest of the week after today is only going to be in the 40's!!!!!!!
I'm walking outside when I can today. Want to try a 10 minute exercise by Nichole for my last workout to get the points in for aerobics. Hope it isn't too difficult! I do mild (might do some "mild" jogging but that's it) and no running please!!!

This is the easiest Challenge to meet...and not all the members of the Team Butterfly are Huddling! I wonder why?

Anyway, it's Terrific Tuesday...and I have a Literacy Class today (I teach English language and citizenship at my Church on Tues. and Thurs.). I feel a little "pushed" this morning, as I have to get out of the house at a certain time. But wanted to stop and say hello to fellow emoticon

We've been having wonderful weather in Florida the last couple of days...good to get out and walk in...not that I do much walking...LOL. Hope you all had a nice weekend and will have a terrific and healthy week.

Anna: know what you mean about the Spin! Seems I've been getting 2 or 3 for weeks now...especially nasty when there's a bonus of 100 on the wheel! LOL O But, then, I never win the Lotto either! LOL

Today is a day with nothing scheduled for me! Very nice...tho it means I have to do chores. Not so nice...food shopping, house cleaning...Oh, well, maybe I'll walk on the beach this afternoon. Now THAT I could look forward to.

Going to try and check out the new regulations (#1) and possibly go through Earth Day and see what else I can do to make the planet greener! I can't do much about getting higher numbers on the spinning wheel (very rare for me to get high numbers!).

Sunday is the beginning of the week for me...so I'm starting all new goals. Did pretty well last week...except in the calorie allowance dept. Just can't stop eating! emoticon emoticon So, the focus this week...while keeping all the other balls bouncing will be staying within my calorie allowance for three days! I was wondering about the 10 minute cardio, too. I have Nicole's new DVD and plan to us that today.

I did more walking than my last post showed, but didn't get it posted. Now it's too late. (I guess)

My local library has ordered some more L. S. DVDs. Will try one of them when they get here. I bought the one several weeks ago with the 1-5 mile fat blasting routine on it.

This is the first time I've Huddled with the Butterflys...because it's on this week's Challenge. Hope you all are having a good month so far...one week in. I did pretty well...tho not walking enough...and the food Tracking is relentless in telling how much over my calorie allowance I go. I do so many other things...now I HAVE to get the calories under control. That's the goal this week...keep up the exercise and focus on the calorie allowance!.

Hi Butterfly's. Not saying much or doing much tonight. I can finally breath again and the cold is gone but my energy is not up to par. Still getting my steps in and exercising tho, Will do my strength exercise tonight and fill in my "low" log in points and that's about it. I think not knowing what will happen with the river and flooding may be affecting me too. As long as we don't get too much rain this weekend we should be okay. I was super tired last night and fell asleep watching one of the tv shows I like! Tonight it's watch a recorded show early and then strength exercises and to bed early!

Have a good one and will try and do more tomorrow!

PS I hope your dd has a really fun time at her first Formal/Prom!!
