4. This one may be tough, even though it is actually EASY! February is the month to focus on a healthier heart. On the Spark calendar (day 20) one of the helpful hints in to catch some ZZZ�s. If you average less than 8 hours of sleep a night, you could be putting your heart at risk. Getting 8 hours of restful sleep is an important part of a healthy-heart lifestyle. I am sure you can guess what this mini-challenge is all about! I would like you to get 8 hours of sleep, you will get 10 points per day you sleep for 8 hours. So the max points for this mini-challenge is 70 points. Can you get all 70? I know I am going to try!

I am a precious heart. There is only one of me and my owner needs me desperately. Please don't break me. Don't overfeed me because I will get very sluggish and fats love that. , Don't forget to take me for a walk. I like to walk a mile or two a day. I get tired sometimes and need 8 hours rest. WEEK 1 (FEB. 1-6)

1. It is a new month! That means NEW SPARK CALENDAR! All you have to do to get the points is check the calendar out. Maybe you will get some tips you can use throughout your journey.

3. We all want to work on our MUFFIN tops! LOL! I know I heard this term used for stomach area and I just had to laugh. For your fitness this week I have given you a Spark video for ABS. I would like you to do this 4x this week, ABS recover very quickly. That is all you need to do to get the points. TIME TO GET MOVING!

4. This one may be tough, even though it is actually EASY! February is the month to focus on a healthier heart. On the Spark calendar (day 20) one of the helpful hints in to catch some ZZZs. If you average less than 8 hours of sleep a night, you could be putting your heart at risk. Getting 8 hours of restful sleep is an important part of a healthy-heart lifestyle. I am sure you can guess what this mini-challenge is all about! I would like you to get 8 hours of sleep, you will get 10 points per day you sleep for 8 hours. So the max points for this mini-challenge is 70 points. Can you get all 70? I know I am going to try!

5. Its time to go back to the Spark wheel! Hey, I need something to get some varied points here! HAHAHAHA! What ever point value you get for that day from the wheel is the points you will get for that day of the challenge! For example: if you spin and get a value of 4 for Monday, that will be your total for that day! Happy spinning!
