1. For your article this week is from The Daily Spark. I was reading it yesterday and I thought it was a great tool to use. To get the points all you have to do is have a quick read!

M-F I do 10-15 mins of strength exercises and 30 mins treadmill, plus walk up/down the stairs at work 4-6 times. On weekends I do housework or "mall" walking and get my strength exercises in. Also since I've joined the Bootcamp, I do the videos and challenges.

Well, I definitely don't get snow down here in Florida, but it's still been quite chilly here. Highs in the 40's and lows in the teens of 20's. I don't mind a brisk walk in the evenings after work, actually. I wear one less layer than I would if I was just going out to run errands since the walking keeps my heart going and warms me up nicely. The sky seems to be a lot clearer this time of the year at night, too! =)
