I just wanted to let you all know that sparkpeople is having a swimsuit boot camp. here is the info

Join the Swimsuit Bootcamp (May 4-31) to get DAILY tips and workouts! By completing the challenge you could win $1,000 or a host of other fun prizes. So what are you waiting for?

So everyone can plan ahead and have a better understanding of what the Swimsuit Bootcamp is all about, here are the basics of the 7-day workout plan:

Sunday: Do the "Day 1 Workout Video" (cardio)

Monday: Do the "Day 2 Workout Video" (lower body) + 30 minutes cardio of your choice

Tuesday: Do the "Day 3 Workout Video" (upper body) + 30 minutes cardio of your choice

Wednesday: Do the "Day 4 Workout Video" (core/abs) + 30 minutes cardio of your choice

Thursday: Do the "Day 5 Workout Video" (lower body) + 30 minutes cardio of your choice

Friday: Do the "Day 6 Workout Video" (upper body) + 30 minutes cardio of your choice

Saturday: Do the "Day 7 Workout Video" (core/abs)


In addition to this plan, I'll post daily bonus challenges and tips that are optional, but will help you reach your goals!
