I am happy to say I am finally getting 7-8 glasses of water a day and I have tracked all food going into the tunnel this week. Sad to say I only got one 30 min workout in so far.

I tracked all my food yesterday and I see that I don't get near as much fiber as I should be nor do I get enough protein. Need to find ways to up both. I think maybe that is why I gain and lose the same 3-5#.

Not doing to good today. Skipped brkfast today and only had one glass of water so far. I need to get a movin.

Keep up the great job!
I agree about the middle of the night thing... I try to get atleast four in the morning and two in the afternoon and one more with dinner, so I can have the last one two hours before bed!

Just wanted to let you know that I got in 8 glasses of water today. emoticon emoticon I have a horrible time getting all that in before bed. I so hate waking up in the middle of the night having to use the potty. emoticon
