emoticon 1. There will be no time limitations to our team. This team will be an open forum, combining all the best options.

1a. You decide how long you want to commit to yourself, to the team, to the journey.

1b. Want to challenge yourself? We will support you! Want to develop a timed weight loss challenge? We will support you!

emoticon 2. There will be one thread, titled for the week and month we are currently in, for all to come together and support and encourge one another. See #4!

2a. Off shoot active threads to support the journey are: Thoughts to Share, Recipies to Share, Tag you it, Virutal Walk and Articles. Check them out, add and/or participate as often as you would like. Remember: "What you put in it, is what you will get out of it"

emoticon 3. Weight Loss Challenge: How much can Passionate People Creating Postive Thoughts lose by December 25, 2008? I will be calculating how much our team loses each week and report it every Friday. At the end of each month we will see how much our team has lost in a month and post a rolling total to the year end.

3a. Accountability weigh-ins will happen every Monday & Tuesday. It is your choice to weigh-in each week, bi-weekly or even once a month. Remember: What works for you, works best!

emoticon 4. Fitness, Nutrition & goal setting Challenges: I am going to ask for volunteers to lead each weeks fitness and/or nutrition challenges for the week. That may include a week of nurtition challenge and weekend of fitness or maybe visa versa. Hey, it may even be a week long of both or just one. That will be up to that team member leading the team. See #2
