My advice is to dive in to exercise. Challenge yourself. Give yourself a reward for every 30 minutes of exercise you complete. (Tic marks on a white board? Once you get 30 tic marks, new shirt? Something like that.)

My advice would be to make realistic goal. If you reach a goal ahead of schedule you can move on to the next.
But if your goal is unrealistic for you then it could mean a set back in motivation.

Often it is about getting out of the endless loop of thinking and getting into action.
