Hillprincess you bring up excellent points! I agree with you that exercising isn't just great for people trying to lose weight. It totally helps in the overall wellbeing of a person. I have also noticed that my balance is getting really great. I can really do those T stand exercises now without falling over or feel like falling over! I also have noticed that my sidoku time has been decreasing! LOL.

I've been able to tell the difference with my mind since I've started exercising. I stay more focused throughout my day. I don't hit those afternoon lulls where my brain barely seems to function at work. It's a great feeling!

Did you know that exercise isn't only for your body?
It also effects your brain.

Exercise also improves thinking and mental function and decreases the tendency toward addiction.

Exercise helps boost memory.

Exercise improves blood blow to the brain, helps to detoxify your body, leads to less stress, and make you feel happier.

The "use it or lose it" school of thought is once more supported as new evidence suggests that regular exercise of the body can protect against the development of Azheimer's. A study compairing sedentary elderly men walking less than a quarter of a mile and those walking more than two miles a day found that the less active group were twice as likely to develop dementia and Alzheimer's.

SO EXERCISE FOR YOU MIND AND YOUR BODY!!!
