Hi!

I needed to up my protein so I found a breakfast recipe for peanut butter, oatmeal, raisins and peanut butter and brown sugar and I swear it cured my chocolate craving!

I am using fruit, yogurt or sugerfree jello for my sweet craving.

If I have to have chocolate I will only allow my self 1 piece of dark, but I have to go to the store and get that one piece. I also like fat free or 1% chocolate milk.

For salty, I have been eating a handful of nuts, popcorn or some all-bran crackers.

It seems to be working!

I love these ideas.

I also enjoy some sugar free jello with sugar free cool whip -- yummo.

Frozen grapes rock as well.

Plain old fruit some times does it for me -- a bowl of fruit with some cool whip while sitting on the couch is some times just yummy!

I plan a piece of Ghiriadelli dark chocolate in my meal plans nearly every day. I also sometimes plan desserts made with healthier alternatives.

A few dark chocolate-covered almonds for my chocolate cravings!

For my sugar cravings, sugar-free Popsicles or Bahama Bucks.

Sometimes we all crave something on the sweeter side.
Mine mostly comes after dinner, if I don't satisfy the need I am munching all evening. I found that if I have dessert after dinner I solve this problem. My favorite has been 100 calorie yogert.



What do you use to satisfy your sweet cravings?

Often it is about getting out of the endless loop of thinking and getting into action.
