If I am looking for something sweet, yet carby.. I go for a couple reduced fat graham squares.

One other thing is a staple for that chocolate fix is 1% Chocolate milk. 1 cup whipped up is a great treat, plus a good protien with very little fat.

I LOVE the laughing cow french onion, also the cottage cheese w/ pineapple. But my favorite (since I crave dessert) after my son goes to bed and all is quiet, My mind wants sweet...so I have a sugar free jello (10 calories) or pudding (34 calories) w/ cool whip (23 calories)! Ohh yummy!

The thought of food is undesirable for me right now (the flu still has it's hold on me).

But, I love Tomies husabands salsa and all-bran crackers (18 of them are a serving).

Also, Laughing Cow Garlic and Herb or French Onion with the crackers.

I am a apple girl also.

I second the almonds & cucumbers.

I also love frozen fruit. I can dish out frozen strawberries & blueberries when I get up and by the time mid-morning arrives they are perfect for eating. It is budget friendly and allows me to have something "fresh" emoticon at the end of the week without the berries going bad.

I like cheese and cucumber - the cucumber replaces the cracker.

I also like almonds.

My favorite snack is string cheese and an apple.
This snack combo is new to me because I use to eat them
at separate times. Now I eat them together as a balanced snack.

To lose weight we all have changed how we eat.
Some of us have changed portions, while others have totally over hauled their kitchens.
As we try new things and make healthy substitutes for others, we find thing we like and dislike.

Many of us have added snacking to help avoid over eating.

What healthy snacks are your favorites?
Are they new to you on this journey?

Come share your snacks with the rest of us!
