I left all my tracking on a piece of paper at my bro's house and he can't find it! So...SIGH

I will start fresh w/ this on Wednesday!! I SOOOOO like tracking on the computer SOOOOO much better than paper.

by no means - 6805 (range: 0-2300)
3.) Did I exercise today? How much?
yes - ST with 20 minutes of cardio
4.) How many cups of water did I drink?
10 (forgot the new 2.3 Liter water bottle at the house this morning)

So, I also lost my thread!! Here I am for Saturday:

2.) Did I stay within sodium today? YES
3.) Did I exercise today? How much? YES, 1 hr
4.) How many cups of water did I drink? 12

Okay, what happened to this? I think I forgot about it...I will add it to my list of things to check...

1.) Did I stay within calories today? YES
2.) Did I stay within sodium today? I still need to set that up to check, I will do that tomorrow.
3.) Did I exercise today? How much? 45 min. walk outside, strength training for 30 min.
4.) How many cups of water did I drink? More thank 128 oz. i stopped counting after that.

OK...here's the challenge...I hope ALL accept!

This challenge is called...

NO EXCUSES!!

Your only "out" is if you are out of town with no computer access!! Hee hee

Every day, on THIS thread (make sure to subscribe!), track:

1.) Did I stay within calories today?
2.) Did I stay within sodium today?
3.) Did I exercise today? How much?
4.) How many cups of water did I drink?

So, if I were filling this out for yesterday, I would say:

1.) Did I stay within calories today?
YES - 1857
2.) Did I stay within sodium today?
NO - 2881! (Yikes)
3.) Did I exercise today? How much?
YES - 45 min kickboxing, 15 min Leslie Sansone
4.) How many cups of water did I drink?
11

Get the idea? If not...the idea behind it is: if you have somewhere to go and report these things, you'll be likelier to achieve them. I do this with another team and it works really well.

Now, start posting!! Be PASSIONATE about losing weight!! GO GIRLS!!!!!!!!

P.S. If you need help setting up the sodium tracker in Spark, let me know and I will E-mail instructions to you!
