Thanks so much!

I just got back from a 1.2 mile walk and although my feet are KILLING me-I feel good inside. I think these sneakers need to be retired though----I am going to find a new pair online as these are done.

I am building up my time each time which has me feeling good, esp. since just the other day it was all I could do to get 10 minutes of walking done.

I don't know what it is about exercise that makes us feel like we can move mountains! YOU ARE AWESOME!

I can't wait to get back to my regular exercise routine!

Thanks--I pushed myself cause my right calf was just throbbing but I kept remembering to do it as long as I could and then push myself for another minute or so....some wise advice from a great friend :) Thanks for all the support from everyone!

20 minutes on the treadmill done--i pushed myself today.....hopefully i wont be paying for it tomorrow and hopefully i can continue to increase my time :)

im in the carolinas--the rain was so bad last night--horrible thunder and lightening...tonight it is raining again but i didnt want to contend with the lightning out there so i stayed in and worked out :)

Haute, what area of the country are you in? I am from AZ and my sister says it has been raining cats and dogs! (Sunny here in FL but there are "we're going into hurricane weather" statements on the news every night!)

i did 30 crunches this morning and im going to do some type of walking via treadmill or outside if it stops monsooning tonight :)

Today I am going to do a Circuit training DVD and a yoga DVD! I am also going to do 100 wall pushups, squats, and crunches, with 30 minutes on the bike in between! Wish me luck!!! :)

You girls are doing great!

OK so I was gone on vaca...the only exercise I can say that I did was this...The first day (Friday) we went for a 1 mile walk, (Saturday) we moved logs that the hubbys were chopping into a pile, (Sunday) we rode 4-wheelers! LOL OK so that isn't much, but I'm back and ready to get started!!!

Friday - 20 minutes elliptical + 10 minutes exercise bike was all I could squeeze in this a.m. - PLUS 13.5 hours of standing, fidgeting, running back and forth, and climbing stairs. Whew!!

Today - no workouts so far this morning...struggled just to get 7 hours of sleep!! Another at least 13 hour day ahead of working w/ hubby. We'll see how I do today. This is hard physical work!!

Okay.. Fitness minutes - Cardio for Friday was 45 min. Walked on the treadmill for 45 min at lunch.

Hi Ladies: Yesterday I worked in the yard for 6 hours straight! I pulled weeds, planted over 30 plants (that I grew from wee seedlings), Shoveled, hoed, racked, pulled 150 Ft of hose around the yard and watered! My legs and arms are sore - but it feels so so good!

YO TOMIE!! Glad to hear from ya woman :-)

My exercise Wed. was ALL walking and stairs...
My exercise Thu. was ALL walking and stairs and heavy lifting...

Can't WAIT for "normal" (i.e., MEASURABLE) exercise tomorrow!! I will start logging again tomorrow (fitness minutes).

Have walked 15.96 miles in the last 3 days (33,779 steps!).

shannon have a great trip!!! and i know what you mean about your son's room i keep my son's door closed and make him clean it once a week with me checking it.
having some major upheavels at work so time is extremely limited for a while no time to exercise here trying to get some in at home.

Soooo, yesterday I did not do any exercise.

I went into my son's room to start packing his clothes...and I ended up spending the entire day cleaning it! LOL OMG what a mess! He had stuff shoved everywhere! Under his bed, in his closet, and his desk was the worst. WHEW

Oh and I still have to pack his clothes! LOL

I also went grocery shopping for 3 HOURS! UUGGHHHH

Today I will packing and cleaning out our car to go!

hi guys
just stopping in to say hi. i hope things are going well for all. i will try to stop in everyday except probably weekends to see how you are and let you know i am ok.
I have not lost any more weight since not coming around but I have not gained acording to the scale this am. I do think i have gained an inch back though so hopefully by coming in once a day I will be able to get motivated to get off my hinney.

I am on board! What a great Idea!

Yesterday: I did my 30 min yoga video and worked in the yard for 3 hours turning my garden by hand - now that is some work!

I got up this morning and I did Cardio Max dvd, 100 wall pushups, squats, crunches! I plan on doing yoga tonight!

Leaving for Florida tomorrow - business trip w/ hubby - running around like a madwoman today! 7.01 miles (SO FAR) on the pedometer + 15 squats.

I probably won't be on tomorrow (traveling all day + baseball game at night) but I will have Internet access the rest of the time!!

See you Thursday!

P.S. Got my hair cut and colored today...I am feeling AWESOME

OK so I have an idea...

...How about we log our exercise here?

I think instead of giving you all challenges, we could challenge ourselves!

Sign in here and log your exercise every day!

Then every week we can do a weigh in!

AND if anyone needs help we can all help!

This can be a way to share different exercise ideas and a way to do what you are capable of doing! I don't want anyone to feel pushed!!

So just log on and post what you do!

You can weigh in every week or every other week, its up to you!!

So, who's on board???
