I think you should do a nice long stretch...bend over and touch your toes, try to put your hands flat on the ground keep on doing this until you can go further and further. Not a timed thing, just stretch yourself out really good - go ahead treat yourself ;)

How about 10 sets of 2 (one each leg) reverse lunges.

Aw, MAN!! I had done 20 of the get-ups when I heard my E-mail "ding" me...hee hee

I don't have a jumprope but I did 2 minutes of running/hopping in place. OH MY. That was a good one!!

wow thanks Marilee for picking up my slack!

ok leg abductions done. I started on the floor for the first set, but I got attacked by the 1 and 3 year olds that im watching, then the 100 pound yellow lab that im sitting also joined in on attacking me!

So the final 2 sets i did standing!

20 boxers done!! Those were good ones. I think I've only ever done those once before.

I also did the other 50 squats. Sorry, I am in drill sergeant mode to myself trying to get to a mini-goal before my trip!! LOL
