I'm going to wait for my final weight-in and inch-in to check my status, but I will answer the questions.

1. Would you change anything you did or didn't do?
I would simply try to be more consistent.

2. What was one thing you will remember about this challenge?
How encouraging you all are!

3. What helped you?
When someone would check in with me when I went MIA. It let me know that someone other than myself cared.

4. What didn't help you (be honest)?
The length of the challenge (I always get tired of the computer after about 4 weeks) and the string of days we were challenged to strength training. That should only be every other day at most frequent, so I found my competitive spirit in conflict with what I've learned.

5. What are you most proud of?
The fact that I have not given up on myself. And I don't plan to either. :)

+/- -4 from last week; -20 overall since challenge began

1. Would you change anything you did or didn't do?
I don't think so! This was the most focused I have been since I began to lose weight. This team really helped me. Everyone is SO encouraging and positive. I am really motivated by that.

2. What was one thing you will remember about this challenge?
The people.

3. What helped you?
Having a place to "report to" each week. Also, I loved the mini challenges and "call-out's".

4. What didn't help you (be honest)?
?? Can't think of anything. The only thing that was hard was when I wouldn't get an E-mail from Spark and I'd get behind or lost! I love this team.

5. What are you most proud of?
I intended to lose 16# - I lost 20.
I wanted to get 180 FM per week - I average about 360 (when I'm not sick!!).

Thank you for having this. I am looking forward to the next one! I can't imagine having made it this far without you lovely ladies! YOU ROCK!!

WOOHOO
I went back and looked up what my goal was when we started this. I can't believe it. I wanted to lose 2 lbs a week. I have already lost 20 lbs. with this challenge! Thank you so much everyone!
I think the only thing I would change is, I have just started to make my daily/weekly plan. I wish I would have done this from the start!
I will remember all of the support and praise that I received from this team!
What helped me was the team working together to help each other!
I have to agree that some of the mini challenges kind of overwhelmed me. With all of my regular exercise plans, the mini challenge was some times too much for me!
I am so proud of myself with everything! I have lost 25.5 lbs. since Jan. and I have learned how to eat right, and most of all I have gotten myself off my booty to work out, mostly because of this team!!!

lbs lost: this week: 2.2 lbs, total: 14.2 lbs
Inches lost: 5.25 in one month

1. Would you change anything you did or didn't do?
No, I think everything taught me important lessons to help me along my journey.

2. What was one thing you will remember about this challenge?
Learning the lesson I did about challenges. (See #4)

3. What helped you?
The support and encouragement of the PPPT teammates has been a help on those frustrating days.

4. What didn't help you (be honest)?
I discovered the mini-challenges threw me off focus. When I did them for the first part of the challenge I began to lose focus on the basics. I figured this out the week we were able to pick our own challenge and I decided to focus in on a basic area which was no longer a habit.

5. What are you most proud of?
That I've made it this far!
