Hi ladies:

Last week: 197.2
Current weight: 192.2

I lost 5 pounds this week! I can't believe it because I have been losing the weight so slowly the last couple of weeks!

My love letter to Miranna: I am sorry that you slipped into a funk. I know you have been really working hard lately. I really admire you because I read your posts and I know that you have been working really hard at the hospital and you are tired but you need to put yourself up there right at the top of your priority list and love yourself. You are worth it! I want you to know that I have really liked you since the first day I joined SP. You are such an inspiration to me. I hope that you look at all of us on your team and every step we take in lifestyle change and weight loss is largely because of you , the leader of this team Miranna. Isn't it amazing that several strangers from all over the US were blessed enough to meet and be a part of this wonderful team "Positive People Creating Positive Thoughts"? Never forget that. Be positive- move onward and upward and don't be so hard on yourself about what type of week you had! I feel like you are all my best friends! I know you were in a funk last week. We all get into our funks every now and then but the trick to get out is how bad are you going to let that funk bother you? We are all your friends and you know that you can vent or email us about anything and no one will judge you. They may give you an opinion and you can take the advice if you need it -if not that was just one more effort to show you how much each of us cares about you and this team and about each other and ourselves. You can do this Miranna!

I have never felt such motivation from anyone, let alone complete strangers! This is the best thing that has ever happened to me!

Okay ladies.. my funk we really showed in the scale today! I am bummed by all means because I had hit that 20 lb loss last week, but at the same time it reinforces how INCREDIBLY important consistency in cardio and strength training is and also that I MUST drink my H20, eat my veggies and fruit, watch my fat, sugar and sodium intake is. So please, learn from my funk!

4.6 lb gain.. I am back to 223.6
