I have to admit this week I did not do any of the challenges. One because I was sick and two because I worked out pretty hard in the gym the last two days (from being sick).

But, today I will do them all. Clean the slate and anxiously waiting what NEW CHALLENGE Kim will present to us. NEW CHALLENGES, NEW WEEK, NEW ME!!

hi there all. just reporting in. did not do challenge exercises yesterday because I went to the gym with virgogal and used the machines instead. this morn my 4 yr old daughter did the challenge exercises with me (sorta.) mostly she counted off for me. it was nice to get her involved, she said that is my b-day present from her. with her help I got all the challenges in and some other things. I am back on track again. I still can't believe how much more energy I have on the days I work out. To bad I get so shaky and it takes me forever to type lol.

Well girls good luck with next weeks challenges. I am excited to find out what they are going to be.

I too have been in a exercide slump. Thur and Friday just had errands to run and some stressful things going on. I did not want to workout and found all the old excuses just waiting to be used. Last night I did some posting and went out and just enjoyed the evening. I woke up feeling alot better and Virgogal called me so we went to the gym. If you have someone willing to do the exercise with you it can really help you get started. Once you are started again you will remember how good it feels to finish. I hope you can get back in the groove of things and not give up. We need each other on here. If any of us can do anything to help I am sure we will
good luck with the dvd and keep strong.

I have to tell you all I have been in a slump. My eating is OK. I have been tracking and doing well with that. But, when it comes to exercise...I haven't felt like it. It has been two days since I have done any exercise. It's not like I am too busy, I work at home babysitting. One of the two kids I have is on vacation. So, my schedule is screwed up. I went back to sleep after my son went to school Thurs. and Fri. So the rest of the day I moped around. I did the dishes and laundry but, that's about it. I know it's that time of the month, but I feel sooooo guilty. I want to be back in the groove of being excited to exercise. Not to dread it. My friend bought me a new workout DVD today. So I will give it a try on Monday. I don't know what else to do, cause normally I would have given up by now!

Miranna - you are awsome!
I am taking off from working out today...I need one day off. I did manage to get everything in yesterday..it was trainer day with upper body...I'm not going to be able to move my arms tomorrow but it is worth it!
I am going away this weekend with my mom and sister for a little girl time but I am going to do my honest best to do all challenges. I hope everyone has a great day!!!

Okay, I think I am offically back and engines are roar'n. I feel so so much better. I worked out this morning in the gym and will be doing ALL the challenges till Monday. WOOHOOO!!!

As promised, I did double the challenges last night as well as 50 min on the treadmill while watching Big Brother. I so so soooo didn't want to work out last night but alas, I did it!

I have been looking up the exercises on here and have done many strength ones. too many to list. have done all the goals (no jump rope for me though) I do not measure my water but know by the cups i use i am drinking over 64 ounces a day.
Being on vacation is helping me to get in more workouts. I hope I can continue with at least half of this when I go back monday.

Happy Humpty Hump day! I have to admit I only got in pushups and squats yesterday. I had planned on doing lots w/ my trainer last night but due to the ice/snow storm, she cancelled. It took a little over 2 hours to get home last night and from gripping the steering wheel I was so tense when I got home all I wanted to do was put on my pjs. It is no excuse, I was just being lazy. I will double up on everything tonight when I get home. That means 100 bridge, 2 min jump rope, 100 jumping jacks, and 2 min plank. I will do it!

:( I didn't get my water in today. I was out all evening and I couldn't finish the gallon. I did drink about 2/3 of it! I'll try again tomorrow!

hi ladies. well i am back on track today. looked up bridge and plank. got 50 brides, 45 second plank, 30 squats so far, one hour treadmill and some other excercise on the ball i got today. have to make up for the weekend. i hope that the longer i do this the better i get on the weekends.

Thanks! I just love all of this support! This is such a great team! I will keep trying! I hurt my knee yesterday, climbing up and down off a chair while I was painting. So, I can't do my cardio DVD that I usually do. Insted I marched in place for 1/2 an hour. WOW am I suprised that my legs are really sore now! But I got 30 min in and happy! Done for today... Whew!!!

K drank a whole gallon of water,
I have a feeling I will be up throughout the night to PEE!!!
OMG every half hour I gotta go! Tomorrow I will try to get more water drank in the morning insted of afternoon and night! Need my beauty sleep you know!

I agree, not pathetic at all! 20 sec is great and you will get there...In fact, I wouldn't be suprised if you hit a min by the end of the week! I don't know if you tried this, but try it with your feet against the wall. I know that I slip and slide so it is just a way to stay in one spot. Also, I fold my hands together; almost like a praying position - please let me make it through this minute LOL

Ok 50 wall pushups, jumping jacks, squats, crunches, and bridges done! Jump rope motion done! Plank however not so done. I tried, then I tried modified, and still only got about 20 seconds :( How pathetic! LOL I will keep trying!

YEE HAW! I am so glad you ladies are on board!

I am going to do all of it as well. In fact I have 24 oz. of water down this morning and I have done my 50's -- woot woot!

It is cold as balls here this morning, I should have just stood out there and dared my body to keep it warm, that would have burnt off some calories I would think.

If you are really up for a challenge continue your 50 squats, 50 jumping jacks and 50 wall pushups!
