Great challenge. I was able to get in 90 min of cardio this weekend on top of some ST.

Happy Saturday. Just finished my 50's and 50 min of Turbo Jam. I was going to go outside and walk/jog on a trail but it was snowing :(
I am planning on going to the gym tomorrow so I will make sure to get in all of my extra min. Have a great day!

I have 30 extra minutes put in so far! This is a great challenge because I rarely add any extra on the weekend!

HEY LADIES, happy saturday. I am finally feeling better! THANK GOODNESS! I got up this morning and went for an 1.5 hour walk. Yep 90 min.! I went to curves, and I did my 50's! It felt so good to workout! This week kicked my bootay!

I can't wait to see what you all do! Yes, any extra 60 min. counts as long as it is in addition to what you would normally do.

thanks for the challenge. yesterday i only did a few squats. no excuse but i left for work at 7:30 and did not get home until 1 am, so i already have to do alot of extra today now i just have more reason too.

i'll let ya all know later how i am doing. i hope i can get things in i have so much to do today.

Is that 60 minutes of any exercise??? If so sounds good to me! And that is, of course, along with the 50's?!

Okay, so everybody has been doing great with their 50's this week! Weigh-in is in a few days for our first week. I challenge you to do 60 min. EXTRA of exercise this weekend.
