I am so proud of you ladies...I just hate the jumping jacks because outside of my boobs my stomach just flops up and down -- YUCKY!

WOO HOO LADIES, so glad I checked in here and saw that everybody is trying to do this! I am going to post next weeks challenge here in a little bit so that everybody can mentally prepare themselves. After hanging out with a friend this weekend (KimberlyQ) and talking to her about where we want to be and listening to all of you and where you want to be, I think it is time to turn it up a notch!

well i used it this morning and i thought oh i can do an hour easy. HAHA got 35 minutes and over 5000 steps before my feet were screaming "hey we are finished whether you are or not. this is a basic treadmill. to adjust the speed and incline you have to get off and do it manually so if i stick with it for 6 months i am going to find a way to invest in one a little more advanced. one more reason to find the time. yeah me!!

hi guys. sorry i was absent yesterday i had a little too much fun friday night and paid for it yesterday. i did nothing yesterday that i was suppose to. on the brighter side we did get a used treadmill in the house this morning. i will get on it as soon as it warms up to room temp and do some extra to make up for yesterday.

Woohooo!! Today is Sunday and tomorrow is our first official weigh in/inch in!!

Yesterday I did my jumping jacks, but I doubled it! I did 20. I had all my H20 and ate good.

Today, I am challenging my self to a triple threat and do 30 jumping jacks to finish off the weekend. Working again today (off tomorrow - Thank Goodness) and ready for an exciting day!

What a day, honestly gals I did not want to work out at all! But...I did, I got 3 miles in this evening. I did my jumping jacks and got my water in. Tomorrow is my day off for exercise for the week but I think I can manage 10 jumping jacks. emoticon

What a great snowy saturday!
I got my jacks and water in yesterday,
I'm half way through my water for today and I done my jacks this morning!
I only got 5 mins in on the elliptical this morning but I have plans of doing 5 more this evening.
The weekend schedule is always a jumble.

Garber and I are up and at em' this morning. We have done a walk/run program for 30 min., planned our food for the day, 50 wall push-up, 50 jumping jacks, and 50 squats.

Happy Friday! We have a snow day here, so my son is going to work out with me! I am choosing the jumping jacks and water! I am very anal about tracking my food, so I'm good there, however I have been drinking 4 water bottles a day (except yesterday, when it was 10:00pm and I noticed that I only drank 3 AAGHHH)

I already drink more than 64 oz water a day so I got jumping jacks and tracking food. The tracking food has been sporadic for me so the challenge of doing will be my motivation. Thanks for the help.

Today (Friday) through Sunday, February 3rd (Midnight EST).

This weekend will bridge us to our official start which will be Monday, February 4th, and then we will change them up every Monday from there on out with the last being on March 31st.
