Sorry guys, I just couldn't get in here today but as Miranna said we start on Friday. WOO HOO, 4 more days. I will have all the details posted Thursday eveing so we can start first thing Friday morning. Go on over to the Virtual Walk link. Well be starting mini-challenges on Feb 1st as part of the 8 week weight loss challenge.

It is so great to see all the excitement building! Can you feel the energy??

YEAH! This will be so much fun, I need the motivation as well so we can motivate each other. I am a competetive person so I love me some challenges.

What do you ladies think about a Virtual Walk? That is just one of the ideas but in addition to exercise challenges, I want to challenge us with water intake, fruit and veggie intake or trying a new recipe or just tons of fun things.

Any challenge that motivates me to exercise a certain number of minutes or reps is AWESOME! I am trying to show my 4-year old that exercise is AWESOME! (In my brain, exercise is GROAN...but I will never let her know that. I grew up with the notion that exercise stinks and I REFUSE to pass that along to my daughter!)

Thanks Kim!! I, for one, NEED your mini-challenges!
