I did it! First mile!!! It took me an hour, and I did breast stroke for a few laps instead of the crawl, but I DID swim a mile. I'm on my computer now, but I can post a picture later from my phone.

I took a "fitness swimming" class and was introduced to the 0 - 1650 program. I adopted my infant son in the middle of the class and had to stop attending, but I still have my sheet with the "weeks" on it, and I have used it as a workout guide several times over the past couple of years (my little one is 3 1/2 now). Still need to finish my first MILE!

I have done it. You can do it. Consistency is key. Keep at it.

Is anyone familiar with this plan?
Anyone currently doing this plan?

I have started and stopped the plan many times. Now that I can't run or walk, I may be able to stick it out. Planning to start this week.
