When I first read this post I saw - we're smart and casual - and I thought, just like the group I swam with years ago! Eyes are playing tricks on me this afternoon. Sounds like a great workout. I'm heading to do my walk-run today but will certainly try this set soon.

Sounds excellent!

I swim with a masters group (we're small and casual, all levels) and enjoyed last nights workout so much I thought I'd share it :) 2,800 total - I finished in just over an hour.

Warm Up:
600 choice

Set 1:
16X50 stroke with 10 sec rest. Do as: 4 free, 4 breast, 4 back, 4 fly (do 25 fly 25 free if necessary)

Set 2:
12X100 with 20 sec rest, Alternate 100 IM and 100 free

Cool Down: 200 easy.

Happy Swimming!
