I have to admit not yet, but yesterday I was reading about the reverse crunch. I think I would like that better. I'll try it tonight and let you know!

That's what I did I tracked it in my Fitness Journal. I could post my one from the one from the month before.

Patty, I was trying to think of a challenge and then bring it up to you. Guess you beat me to it. That's great. I'm going to check out the link and start as soon as I get the medical OK. See my chiro today, so will know more after that.

I know the team will be successful in this. As individuals track their results, how about they also keep a running log of the progress from previous trackings? Make sense or do I need to reword this?

See Terri that is why we still need you here!! I was ready to throw my laptop out the window the other morning!!

Anyways, It's a great tool here are my results from the other morning,

Push-ups-20 Good for a 44 year old woman!!

Crunches- 25 Good for a 44 year old Woman

Step Test- 75 Excellent I continue to have endurance!

I am going to do this test in another month and hopefully I will improve.

Get to it ladies!! emoticon

Hello My fellow Comfort Tea drinkers, I did this challenge with another team and found it really helpful to actually see where I'm at!

I did It again this morning and will post!

So go and find your stop watches and find a buddy to help you count. I did mine on my own with my microwave! LOL
