I got 45 minutes in today, accelerated workout and body shaping workout with a Prevention DVD. I feel ready for my day!

This will be the place to come and post your exercise, either daily or weekly, whatever works for you. I am going to challenge myself to get at least 30 minutes of exercise, at least 5 days a week!
