There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

i'll be doing some walking today (already have)....and then cardio (bike) at the gym this evening prior to my session with my trainer....

Happy Monday!!!

Strap on your pedometer - We are going WALKING!

Your challenge today is to put on your pedometer and try to get in 10,000 or more steps.

If you don't have a pedometer, that is roughly a 5 mile walk or you can use a time method of measure. It takes about 1 hour to walk about 5 miles at a moderate speed.

This is a great way to burn off the extra calories we consumed over the week.

****remember to work at your own pace and fitness level****
