There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Ah yes...nice timing of this challenge as I'm heading off to the fitness center after work for the first of my 3 weekly strength training sessions in which I happen to focus on my arms & upper body!

Then it's off to Spinning class afterward! :-)

Happy Monday to you!

Your challenge today is to DO 3-5 DIFFERENT EXERCISES THAT FOCUS ON FIRMING UP YOUR ARMS.
Feel free to use weights, bands, etc. to increase the difficulty of your work-out.
There are great suggestions for exercises targeting arms in the Spark Fitness area.

Feel free to share which exercises you completed.
