Happy Thursday to you!

It is time for determining your JULY CARDIO MINUTES. How many minutes of cardio are you doing daily? How many is that in a week? How much is that for a month? Can you increase that for the month of JULY?

Your challenge today is to DETERMINE HOW MANY CARDIO MINUTES YOU CAN DO IN THE MONTH OF JULY. Make a pledge to yourself. You DESERVE to be healthy.
Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can do TODAY.

Were you with our team for the month of JUNE? How did you do with your JUNE cardio minutes? Did you meet or exceed your pledged minutes? Did you have hurdles that made you fall short? Please feel free to share your experiences with the team. Your experiences might be the same thing that other members are feeling. We are all here to help one another.

Lastly, make a note of how many minutes you want to accomplish in JULY. You can make a note of your minutes here, as well as on your calendar. Put a note in your gym bag. Put a sticky note in your closet by your walking/running shoes. YOU CAN DO THIS!

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.
