This weekend's a 2 DAY MINI CHALLENGE. Are you up to it?

1 Get your 30 minutes of cardio exercise each day.

2 Spread the spark and help motivate your team mates. Post a comment, send a spark mail, give a goodie. Your words may inspire someone.

3 Track your food and exercise....try to stay within your ranges. Be sure to take your vitamins, drink your water

4 Do something for a book, watch a tv show, take a long, hot bath. The point is to do what relaxes you for at least 1 hour.

5 Make some time for the ones you love and care about. Call a family member, cuddle in front of the tv with your spouse, hug your get the idea. Let the ones you love know that you love them.....the small things really do matter.

Your challenge is to complete 3 or more of the above and then post what challenges you did and share some of the never know you may give someone else an idea that they didn't think of.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
