Happy Thursday to you!

I know you have had a busy week. You have been running around trying to get things done and please everyone around you. I have also been sick for the last few days, so what bette time for this challenge. Besides, when was the last time you did something for YOU?

Your challenge today is to do something especially nice for YOU. Take some time out of your crazy schedule and be kind to yourself. If you feel like sharing what you did to spoil yourself, go right ahead! You just might give an idea to someone else.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
