Happy Monday to you!

It doesn't matter if you have cardio or strength training on today's schedule, YOU CAN DO THIS CHALLENGE!

Your challenge today is: Longer, Harder, More Difficult. If you are doing:

*Can you go for more time?
*Can you push yourself a bit harder?
*Can you step up your routine to make it more challenging on you?

*Can you do more reps?
*Can you add more weight or resistance?
*Can you move up to the next level in difficulty?

This is going to be a GREAT week!

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
