Good morning everyone!

I read an article this morning that spiked my interest. Here it is:

I've decided that after reading this article, I am going to do this for 10 minutes each morning. Here is my plan:

Each evening, before bed, I will locate a strength training video/videos to complete the next morning. I will set out any equipment I need the night before, so when I wake up, I can get right to work. I will post a copy of the video in this thread.

I plan to log onto Spark between 5:30-6:00 AM to complete my 10 minutes of strength training. After completing, I will check off emoticon with the date in the strength training tracker thread.

Everything will be here for you, if you want to participate. For each 10 day STREAK, I will send out a goodie.

Copy and paste if you want to join. Please paste in separate thread marked, "Strength Training Tracker"

Write the date you strength trained, and mark with emoticon
For every 10 days you strength train this year, give yourself a emoticon emoticon.
If you STREAK for 10 days in a row, write STREAK, and alert _WARRIOR4LIFE for your team goodie. Good luck!
