I like the something is better than nothing indyism. I tend to always feel like there is something more I should do. Sometimes I have to tell myself that anything I do is something that would not have been done if I hadn't done it. In other words, like you said, Something is better than nothing!

Maybe you could make a list of Indyisms we can copy and paste or print for motivational reminders!
Maybe create one of those little scripture boxes but with your Indyisms in it. Id buy one!

Beth - Thanks for the hint on pizza. We have a favorite pizza restaurant. I limit myself to 2 pieces. The scale is always up by almost 2 pounds the next day. It must be lots of salt.

I have learned to love water and easily drink 8-10 a day. Water pills would only make more trips to the loo. Pizza is so salty that I doubt water flushing would do much at all. Plan, track and learn have taught me that eat less move more is the only formula that really works.

I don't normally throw in the towel and go crazy.I try to get back on track ASAP. Damage control doesn't always work because if I am over on carbs and calories it does affect my short term goals but allowing myself to continue unabated would only make things worse.
