I track every evening and I use Spark recipes all the time to make sure that I don't go over board on the calories. I have found that drinking liquids is easy for me.

Lots of veggies and Whole Foods made my weekend a success because I prepared and ate them. A little food prep should get me off to a great start this week too.

Recording food on the Nutrition tracker every day.

Increase to four days per week at the YMCA - riding the elliptical bike, strength training 3 days/week. Begin home exercises on other days. (Figure out a planter this before Saturday.)

Stocked up on lots of fruit & veggies and almonds/walnuts.

So I got out of the hospital yesterday and am still in a lot of pain. Release instructions are to walk every hour and increase a few steps each time. So, I haven't made it to every hour yet, but am pushing myself to do that. I've already increased my strength a lot. I want to get my body back with normal functionality. Woop! Woop!

yesterday was very stressful or better yet annoying. So a made it a conscience decision to get way from my desk So I took the stairs to the 3rd floor then back down an then around the building back up to the 3rd floor then down to the 2nd floor. My head was clear my heart was pounding because I was pissed and walked it off. I only consumed 600 calories all day. Lets see what happens moving forward. emoticon I did manage to drink 60oz of fluid for the day.

I track all my food/drink.
I try to get in at least 5 days of 30 min aerobic exercise of some sort during the week.
I'm going to start a small, short 2-3 days a week strength training program. Never done this AND stuck to it for more than a month at a time, so this will be a first for me.

Here's what I have in place:
1 - Tracking all food
2 - eating with ranges set by SP
3 - Drinking 8 glasses of water a day
4 - Reading a lesson each day in the 100 Days of Weight loss book
5 - I weigh every day and record it.
6 - I keep a calendar that shows calories eaten for the day, exercise minutes, my weight that morning, and either a green star (for eating and exercise to lose weight), yellow dot if my day will only maintain weight, red dot if my habits were so bad that I will gain weight if I continue at this rate.

So far I am already doing meal planning and prepping. I have not gone out to eat at all in the last couple of weeks. I am working on my water intake, getting up to 120 ounces per day. I also have been hitting gym 3 days a week (minus this week so far).

I have been doing good by tracking my food and water. To make tracking easier I have added lots of my foods into Favorites on the tracker, so it makes it easier to track. Takes a little time adding all the nutrition info, but in the end it is so much easier
