What can you tell yourself when you are thinking of skipping a walk or a workout? Every missed workout is a missed opportunity.

Is there something you can tell yourself when you are reaching for that second helping or that cookie? I'm not really hungry, drink a glass of unsweet tea with lemon or Crystal Light instead.

What can you tell yourself when you are thinking of skipping a walk or a workout. Workouts have a beginning and an ending. Do what needs to be done to stay healthy

Is there something you can tell yourself when you are reaching for that second helping or that cookie? I really don't need this, and how will I feel later when I am overstuffed/full?
