When I did this I had a surprise. The low end of my calorie range is still 1200 calories, but my high end is less by about 30 calories.

First day of the 5% Challenge: Saturday, Oct. 5th weigh-in (record weight on your team page)

Last weigh-in for the 5% Challenge: Saturday, Nov. 30th

A) How many pounds will you lose to achieve your 5% weight loss?

To calculate your 5% (example):

Current weight X .05 = ________ pounds (the amount of weight needed to meet 5% goal)

Current Weight - (minus) ________ (5% answer from above) = ________Target Weight

By When: November 30, 2019

Example 191.4 X .05 = 9.6 pounds (5% goal)
191.4 - 9.6 = 181.8 pounds (target weight)

Target Weight: 181.8 pounds
By When: Nov. 30th

B) Please update your in Start/Food, Fitness & Weight Tracking/Edit Goals/Weight
