I picked up a peck of apples to make applesauce. a couple pumpkins for roasting, peanut butter, gnocchi and butternut squash. I use the pumpkin as a substitute for eggs, oil and water in baking, mix 2 cups pumpkin with one box of cake mix. you'll love the moist cake this makes.

i am pretty well stocked up with veggies right now. Do need some more garlic and mushrooms and maybe some beets. I have carrots, potatoes, onions, celery, acorn squash, butternut squash and pumpkin for roasting. I will be roasting more veggies, and a big pot of soup. Will probably need some salad greens.. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hi everyone. This is probably my millionth attempt at getting back on track with a healthier lifestyle. Despite that, I'm feeling pretty confident that I can make this work (again). It would be so super helpful if any of you would be willing to share with me what's on your shopping list for this week.
