i used a pressure cooker in 'days of old'... but find that now I like the slow and easy - top of the stove method best of all.
I think it would be a blessing for people that need to cook a sizeable amount of food in the shortest possible time.especially if you are cooking for a family.

I recently became the ecstatic owner of a brand new Instant Pot, thanks to the steep markdown of them on Amazon Prime Day. I have already checked out Pinterest and YouTube for some vegan Instant Pot recipes, and have given potatoes and dry beans a dry run in them, to much success.

I was wondering if others have tried it ot, and if you have, what your favorite recipe was?
