Banana Heaven (Banana sliced lengthwise, topped with plain non fat yogurt, drizzled with a little peanut butter that's been heated in the microwave to make it runny ~can stir in a little almond milk to make it runnier~ topped with a few chocolate chips.)

This morning my breakfast consisted of half a sweet potato chopped, 1 date chopped, 1 T almond butter, and half a cup of quinoa. It was a bit dry so I added a splash of almond milk over the top. Good!
