Thanks for posting! I think my favorite thing about this article and these recipes is that it suggests that we don't need a gazillion grams of protein. As someone who exercises a lot, barely hits 60 grams of protein on my good days, but is healthy (other than my weight), I really like that others are catching on that pushing protein isn't crucial for everyone.
