Thanks so much for sharing this! Some great guidelines - I am going to give this a shot, with a couple exceptions: I do not want to give up my 3 cups of coffee each morning. :)

What you do every day matters more than what you do every once in a while.

I was skeptical at first, but I am in love with the salads, yogurts and veggie meals in this plan. I used Quorn for the chicken recipes, and just add a different substitute for the fish.
