I normally get 30-35 mi a week but going on a bus trip for 2 weeks so that may hinder my walking

I am doing Physical therapy exercises to help me strengthen my core, strengthen my hips and legs as well as the whole body even though I have no collagen in my knees and bursitis which cause pain. I am so excited to be getting regular exercise and strength in October!

How many Minutes, Steps or Miles can you do by end of October?
