We need activity to keep our muscles from turning to flab.Try for at least 10 mins a day of some sort of exercise.
We need at least 8 glasses of water. That is 8- 8 oz glasses. To flush toxins out of the body n to keep hydrated.
So in this forum we will track fitness n fluids.
