lots of walking

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. Strength with dumbbells upper body for 30 mins also did a 1 mile walk with Leslie Sansone for 15 mins.

My workout today was dumbbell hammer curls, dumbbell kick backs, dumbbell wrist curls. Then half mile walk with Leslie Sansone.
