Week 2 update:

Tried to change things up and eat more than usual to see if I could get the 6 lb of deficit to show up on the scale. (nope). deficit was low- 2650.

Steps: better than last week- 40k!

Sleep: YES! Averaged about 7 hrs and 20 some minutes a night

Exercise: YES Strength training met. Yoga/dance- met

Friends: done! caught up with a friend on the phone

Score: 3.5/5. working on that upward trend!

Healthy choices and actions have positive impacts, even if the scale doesn't move!

Week 1 update:

4,190 deficit for the week(~2 k lower than it should be- used up 2 no deficit days already!)

Steps: way below target, ~30k.

Sleep: YES! Averaged about 7 hrs and 37 min a night!

Exercise: Strength training met. Yoga/dance- not met. To be fair I had to take antibiotics and couldn't work out, so will fix that this week!

Friends: done! spent time with an old friend over the weekend!

Score: 2.5/5. It's okay, plenty of room for improvement! Shooting for a 5/5 this week!

Hope you feel better! I used up a few of my no-deficit days this weekend so I need to plan out my nutrition carefully for the next few weeks!

Exercise at least 5 times a week
Eat raw vegetables and cooked vegetables for half of the meals at least 5 days a week
Clean and organize for an hour every week day
Be accountable on the progress

Create a 7 lb deficit through food.
Average 50-60k steps a week.
Sleep 7-8 hours a night (so 8-9 since apparently i spend an hr awake each night!)
Yoga/dance 2-3x/week, strength training 2x/week
Reach out to a friend at least once a week to stay in better touch.

Anyone else want to chime in?
