Update:

Stick with low carb (80 or fewer net carbs) until mid-July - DONE
Maintain weight during vacation - WILL REPORT IN A FEW DAYS
Finish out the month with low carb meals

Do yoga 2x a week, continue strength training 2x a week - IN PROGRESS
Finish squat challenge & maintain 100 squats/lunges/plies 2-3x a week - SUSPENDED- was creating back pain. Will cut down on total number, do them on alternate days, and increase reps slowly.
Restart long weekend walks with hubby- TO DO!

UPDATE 2:
Got sidelined with travel cold -> sinus infection so I'm on antibiotics.
As such, had to suspend working out this week.

I did maintain my weight while we were gone, so that's a plus! On to a new month and updated goals!

Hi Team, trying to revive an old tradition here with monthly goals. Feel free to share your goals and update as the month goes on!

For July, here are my goals:

Stick with low carb (80 or fewer net carbs) until mid-July
Maintain weight during vacation
Finish out the month with low carb meals

Do yoga 2x a week, continue strength training 2x a week
Finish squat challenge & maintain 100 squats/lunges/plies 2-3x a week
Restart long weekend walks with hubby

Create deficit for 5-6 lb loss (as the scale doesn't always match).
