The recipe calculator on SparkRecipes is definitely the easiest thing I have found. Just be sure to put in the amount of servings for an accurate reasing. You can find it here: recipes.sparkpeople.com/home.asp Just click on the "Recipe Calculator" tab.

Have fun!

I usually calculate the calories on sparkrecipes.com. I just plug in everything that I use to make the meal and then plug in the number of servings. It pops out the nutrition info like magic!

Tada!!

In the spark recipes you can enter your own recipe and yes every ingredient and it will tell you the nutrient and calories. I love it!

Does anyone have a trick on how to count the calories on recipes I have made out of a cookbook. Do I need to add each ingredient separately? I can easily track the simple foods, but dinner time usually gets me.

Thanks, Kathy
